PURPOSE: A heat-shrinkable polyester-based film is provided to provide high shrinkage ratio as time passed at a specific temperature and to improve printing quality and productivity after shrinkage process. CONSTITUTION: A heat-shrinkable polyester-based film is manufactured by a step of extruding polyester at 200-350>=; a step of elongating extruded polyester in a mechanical direction by 0.1-5% ; a step of preheating the extruded sheet at 80-100>=; a step of elongating the sheet in a width direction 3.0-5.0 times; and a step of heat-treating at room temperature to 95>=.
