<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable pharmaceutical composition including irbesartan and amlodipine or their salt. <P>SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition includes: irbesartan and amlodipine or their salt; at least one or more fillers selected from D-mannitol, crystalline cellulose, lactose, calcium hydrogenphosphate, and corn starch, a binder selected from hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, methyl cellulose and the like. The composition furthermore includes a disintegrator and a lubricant. Here, the disintegrator is preferably sodium croscarmellose, and the lubricant is preferably magnesium stearate.
