<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device and a sensor element capable of measuring a state of a measurement object while preventing quality deterioration of concrete, and using information based on the measurement result for a planned or preventive maintenance of a reinforcing bar before corrosion. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor device 1 includes: an electric resistor 3 made of metallic material; a gap forming body 8 provided so as to form a gap G between a part of a surface of the electric resistor 3 and the gap forming body 8; a gap filling body 10 filled in the gap G, and dissolving or resolving under an environment in a measurement object to disappear; and a function element having a function of measuring a resistance value of the electric resistor 3.
