摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The dust separating unit (1) has a dip tube (11) provided in the filter region (16), which comprises a mesh structure (12) by which the suction air in the dip tube passes. An air inlet area (15) is provided between the filter region and the air outlet opening (9). The filter portion does not overlap with the air inlet region of the dust separating unit and the suction air at one of the air outlet opposing wall (10) undergoes a reversal of the transport direction. The dip tube is extended from a wall (8) located in air outlet opening to the opposite wall of air outlet opening. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Dust separating unit for bagless vacuum cleaner. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The improved bagless vacuum cleaner has a long cleaning cycle and a low cleaning effort. The dust components torn away to the wire structure in the dip tube can be washed away. The wire structure enables continuous airflow purification without complicated and susceptible mechanisms so that the risk of clogging of the wire structure is reduced. The concentration of fine particulates downstream the wire structure can be reduced. The larger area of ??screen structure allows for constant air flow, and the screen structure with smaller openings can restrain the finer dust. The simple and space-saving construction of dust separation units working according to centrifugal principle can be achieved. The dust separation unit is installed in the vacuum cleaner without necessary losses. The short circuit of air flow between vacuum intake and air outlet opening is prevented so that longer cleaning interval and higher dust collection efficiency can be achieved. The large wire structure can be chosen by suitable variation of the flow resistance of the wire structure so that short circuit of air flow is avoided. The high dust separation efficiency with simultaneous small blockage hazard of the wire structure can be achieved. The rotation of the suction air is slowed in such a manner, contributing to the noise reduction and pressure loss effectively.
