An inner pressure detection device for a plant, including a measurement unit (1), a single chip (2), a DC-DC power source converter (3), a USB interface unit (4) and a computer (5) connected successively. The USB interface unit (4) includes a USB interface unit (42) and a USB interface conversion circuit (41) in a successive bidirectional data connection. The USB interface unit (42) is bidirectionally connected to the computer (5). The USB interface unit (42) transmits the power supply provided by the computer (5) to each component in the measurement unit (1) and the single chip (2) respectively through the DC-DC power source converter (3). The measurement unit (1) detects a signal and transmits same to the single chip (2). The single chip (2) is in a bidirectional data connection with the USB interface conversion circuit (41) in the USB interface unit (4). The device is simple in structure, low in costs, and convenient in use.
