PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently exchange a signal containing control information between a base station device and a mobile station device.

SOLUTION: A plurality of physical resource block pairs are constructed as control channel regions, a first element is constructed from a resource in which one of the physical resource block pairs is divided, and the control channel is constructed from one or more groups of the first elements. A mobile station device comprises: a first reception processing part for receiving information showing candidate sets of gathering number of the first elements and information showing the number of antenna ports corresponding to a reference signal to be multiplexed in the control channel region from the base station device; and a first control part for controlling a multiple separation process of a signal by recognizing a resource where a modulation signal can be arranged in the first elements according to the number of antenna ports and for setting retrieval regions for detecting decoding of the control channel every the gathering number of the first elements included in the candidate sets, in the control channel region.
