Disclosed are a method and device for data access. In the method described above, a BIP gateway sends a data access instruction to a UICC via an SPI; and the BIP gateway receives the data from the UICC corresponding to the data access instruction via the SPI. According to the technical solution provided in the present invention, the effects of improving user access speed and achieving massive data transmission of a WEB server in the UICC are achieved. |
