PURPOSE: A plunger pump for the homogenizer including a plunger cooler is provided to enhance the durability of plunger sealing by consecutively cooling the plunger sealing. CONSTITUTION: A plunger pump for the homogenizer including a plunger cooler comprises a liquid end body(200) and an isolator(300). At the position corresponding to the upper and lower parts of the isolator, penetrating holes(311, 312), a coolant inlet hole(320) and a coolant outlet hole(330) are respectively formed. A ring shaped end protrusion is formed by cutting the inner part of the isolator in which the coolant outlet hole is perforated. A plunger cooler is inserted to be supported by the ring shaped end protrusion. The plunger cooler is in a cylindrical shape, and ring shaped grooves are formed on the outer circumference of the plunger cooler. The ring shaped grooves are formed on the outer circumference which is corresponding to the part in which the coolant inlet hole is perforated. |
