PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a silver powder, whereby the silver powder having an average particle size of 0.3-2.0 μm and a narrow particle size distribution can be produced with a high productivity at a low cost, and the silver powder produced by the method.SOLUTION: A method for producing a silver powder comprises quantitatively and continuously feeding a silver solution containing a silver complex and a reducing agent solution to a passage, thereby quantitatively and continuously reducing the silver complex in a reaction liquid resulting from mixing of the silver solution and the reducing agent solution in the passage. Here, the reaction liquid contains a dispersant, and the silver concentration in the reaction liquid is adjusted to 5-75 g/L. |
