摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fault monitoring system of a power supply device adapted to a battery pack formed by stacking a plurality of cells and protecting a power storage device or the like without reducing space efficiency, a vehicle including the same, and a fault monitoring method of the power supply device.SOLUTION: A fault monitoring system of a power supply device includes: a power storage device 220 including a plurality of cells connected in series with a load device 180; at least two voltage detection lines 218, 219 for detecting voltage of a connection node of the cells connected in series; a cell voltage detection circuit 211 for detecting a voltage of the cell; and a current sensor 216 for detecting a current flowing in a Zener diode 212. The current sensor 216 determines that either one of the cells fails when the detected current exceeds a predetermined value.
