PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the creation time of histogram data.SOLUTION: A histogram creation device 5 includes: an initial value setting unit 35b for, when a bit corresponding to the value of a pixel to be processed of a flag register 22 is "0", setting "1" to the corresponding bit, and for writing an initial value in an address corresponding to the value of the pixel to be processed of a histogram memory 21; an update unit 36 for, when a bit corresponding to the value of the pixel to be processed of the flag register 22 is "1", updating the data of the address corresponding to the value of the pixel to be processed of the histogram memory 21; an output unit 38 for, when outputting the content of the histogram memory 21, outputting the data of the address corresponding to the bit whose value is "0" which has not been updated in the flag register 22 as zero; and a reset unit 32c for resetting all the bits of the flag register 22 to "0". |
