PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new ubiquitin-activating enzyme, and a drug containing a new ubiquitin-activating enzyme inhibitor.SOLUTION: This invention relates to new indole alkaloid inhibiting a ubiquitin-activating enzyme, comprising a compound represented by general formula I or a salt, a hydrate or a solvate thereof. The compound is useful as a ubiquitin-activating enzyme inhibitor. The compound is also useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition. Further, the pharmaceutical composition is useful as an anticancer agent. |
