PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus that is reducible in power consumption by efficiently acquiring leap second information and capable of displaying accurate time, and a leap second update information receiving method therefor.SOLUTION: A wristwatch with GPS includes a satellite signal reception part 10A, clocking means, reception environment determination means 211, acquisition period determination means 212, reception control means 213, and a time information correction part 220. The reception control means 213 receives leap second update information when the reception environment becomes excellent and an acquisition period of the leap second update information comes. The time information correction part 220 updates the time on the basis of leap second information when the date and time clocked by the clocking means reach the update day and time of the leap second update information received by the reception control means 213. |
