<p>The invention relates to a device (1) for simulating an ingestion of chunks of ice by an engine (2), comprising: - a main tank (10) forming a cavity for a fuel, and connected to an inlet of the engine (2) by a pipe (3), - an injection system (40), comprising an injection member (42) arranged in the pipe (3), - a secondary tank (20) forming a cavity for a fuel, which tank is connected to the injection system (40) by a selector member (36), and - a reservoir (30) connected firstly to a reserve of water (32) and secondly to the injection system (40) via the selector member (36), in which device the selector member (36) is designed to place the injection system (40) selectively in communication with the secondary tank (20) or with the reservoir (30) in order to inject a determined quantity of water into the engine.</p> |
