PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate evaluation frame setting on a subject to be seen, interlocking with drive of imaging means, without being affected by drive limitation of the imaging means.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: control means for controlling a movement mechanism such as a pan mechanism for moving imaging means in a first direction; and evaluation frame generation means for generating an evaluation frame for at least one of exposure control, focus adjustment, and automatic white balance on an imaging screen. When the imaging means has been moved to a limit end of a drive range by operation of the movement mechanism (NO of 201), the evaluation frame is moved from a reference position in the same direction as that of the movement of the imaging means by interlocking a position of the evaluation frame with the movement of the imaging means by the movement mechanism (206). |
