Provided are a scheduling method, a base station controller and a base station. The method comprises: deciding to initiate priority scheduling for specific user equipment (UE), the specific UE being UE with low performance; and sending instruction information to a base station, the instruction information being used for instructing the base station to perform priority scheduling for the specific UE. The base station controller in the embodiments of the present invention sends instruction information to the base station after the decision to initiate the priority scheduling for specific user equipment (UE), and the base station performs the priority scheduling for the specific UE according to the instruction information, thereby improving the performance of the specific UE. |
