PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply device which efficiently supplies compression air to an air seal part of a machine tool with a simple structure.SOLUTION: Compression air for air sealing between a housing 2 and a rotation shaft 3 is flowed into an ejector 18. Atmospheric air is suctioned from a vacuum port 27 of the ejector 18 as a supplement of the compression air. |
