PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthesizer and a synthesizing method of oligonucleotide which use reaction on a solid phase carrier, in which variation in yield and purity between reaction lots is small, and reaction efficiency and reproducibility are high.SOLUTION: The oligonucleotide synthesizer of the present invention includes a columnar reaction container for solid phase synthesis which is provided with tubular microfluidic paths and has any functional group selected from a hydroxy group, an amino group, a carboxyl group, a methoxy group, and a thiol group on the inner wall surface of the microfluidic paths. |
