PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation device which is not disabled from restarting unless absolutely necessary, even when abnormality in the fuel cell or in a fuel cell related apparatus is detected by abnormality detection means.SOLUTION: The fuel cell power generation device comprising a fuel cell FC, a fuel cell related apparatus, abnormality detection means 31, and control means 32 is provided with power outage detection means 33 for detecting that a utility grid 50 to which recipients of the output of power generated by the fuel cell FC are connected is in a power outage state. When a power outage sate of the utility grid 50 is not detected by the power outage detection means 33 and an abnormality state is detected by the abnormality detection means 31, the control means 32 causes the fuel cell FC and the fuel cell related apparatus to stop operating while putting them in a state disabled from restarting. When a power outage sate of the utility grid 50 is detected by the power outage detection means 33 and an abnormality state is detected by the abnormality detection means 31, the control means 32 causes the fuel cell FC and the fuel cell related apparatus to stop operating while putting them in a state enabled to restart. |
