PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a styling cosmetic having the performance of imparting moisture, suppleness and smoothness to the hair having damage caused by coloring (hair-dyeing), bleaching (decoloring) or the like, and if needed, allowing suppression of stickiness to the hand and good spread of cream after use.SOLUTION: The styling cosmetic of the present invention is characterized by containing (A) urea: 18 mass% or less (not including 0 mass%) and also (B) dimethyl polysiloxane and (C) cyclic silicone in the total amount of 50 mass% or less (not including 0 mass%), as a ratio in the total styling cosmetic. |
