PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be able to appropriately adjust molding condition by comparison with a formed part surface temperature distribution at non-defective even when physical quantities such as birefringence and a warp quantity that determine quality of a formed part cannot be found in an injection molding machine.SOLUTION: A surface temperature distribution measuring apparatus that measures a surface temperature distribution of a formed part is included, the surface temperature distribution of a formed part is measured based on a surface temperature distribution at non-defective, an adjusting method of molding condition by a molding condition adjusting apparatus is changed depending on that a generating part of a portion in which difference between based the surface temperature distribution and the surface temperature distribution of a formed part exceeds a prescribed threshold value is a contour part or a central part of a formed part. Thereby, molding condition can be appropriately adjusted by comparison of temperature. |
