Disclosed is an ultralight and high stiffness hybrid scaffold. A hybrid scaffold includes a hollow outer scaffold; support members which are inserted inside to prevent the outer scaffold from being dented by external impact; and an inner scaffold in which the support members are arranged at a fixed interval and which includes a first connection member connecting the support members by being inserted into the support members and a separation prevention member fixing the support members and the first connection member not to be separated.
