A NOVEL ADJUVANT OF VACCINE FOR EYE-DROP VACCINATION

摘要

The present invention relates to an adjuvant of vaccine for eye-drop vaccination including polyinosinic acid-polycytidylic acid (poly(I:C)). More specifically, when poly(I:C) is used as an adjuvant for influenza virus antigen during eye-drop vaccination, the poly(I:C) has an excellent effect of promoting antibody production similar to levels of CT and has stability by having little or no cytotoxicity and inflammatory response unlike CT, thereby the poly(I:C) can be valuably used as an adjuvant of influenza virus vaccine for eye-drop vaccination.
