The present invention relates to a payment managing apparatus and a payment managing system using the payment managing apparatus. More particularly, the payment managing apparatus includes a housing main body, a cash input unit provided at a front portion of the housing main body, a change output unit provided at the front portion to output a change, an input unit provided at the front portion to input a sum of money, a display provided at an upper surface of the housing main body to allow a user to confirm balance accounts, and a control unit provided at a rear portion of the housing main body. A vehicle driver directly may pay car washing costs while the driver, who desires to wash the car, does not get off from the vehicle. A service provider may provide a service after confirming the paid money though a terminal, so that a worker is prevented from moving to the vehicle to receive the money and to a billing booth to reserve the received money. Thus, there is no need to worry about the loss of money because the paid costs do not move and it is convenient to calculate and confirm the paid costs. |
