PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine appropriately whether to use services of a heating cocking apparatus or stop them in response to kinds of the heating cocking apparatus and a horizontal position of a heat source.SOLUTION: A kitchen exhaust device 100 is an enclosure provided over a heating cocking apparatus 10 in a vertical direction and comprises a hood 110 for collecting exhaust gas generated from the heating cocking apparatus, an exhaust drive part 114 for exhausting exhaust gas collected by the hood, a temperature sensor 116 which is arranged at a horizontal position within the hood, which is determined based on kinds of the heating cocking apparatus and a horizontal position of one or a plurality of heat sources 12 in the heating cocking apparatus so as to detect an atmospheric temperature at the horizontal position, and a drive control unit 118 which drives the exhaust drive part if the atmospheric temperature is higher than a threshold level while stops driving if being lower than the threshold level. |
