<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an austenitic stainless steel capable of maintaining excellent toughness even after prolonged exposure to high temperature environments.SOLUTION: The austenitic stainless steel contains Ta: 0.25-0.8 mass%, C: 0.01-0.15 mass%, Si: 0.1-1.0 mass%, Mn: 0.1-2.5 mass%, P: 0.05 mass% or less (excluding 0 mass%), S: 0.005 mass% or less (excluding 0 mass%), Ni: 15-25 mass%, Cr: 20-30 mass%, Nb: 0.1-0.8 mass%, B: 0.0005-0.005 mass%, and N: 0.10-0.35 mass%, with the balance made up of iron and unavoidable impurities.</p> |
