In a system for remote storage of clinical data, the system includes a server, a database in communication with the server, wherein clinical data is stored and cataloged as records within categories in the database. The system includes a communication link between the server and a network. The server executes software to securely generate, receive, store, catalog, update, provide access to and/or transmit the clinical data between and among patients, healthcare providers and other authorized parties including members and administrators of the system. |
