The present invention is installed on a ramp of bridges or an entrance of flooded roads or tunnel. An emergency roadblock device is used to prevent vehicles from entering if an emergency such as collapsing of bridges, roads, or tunnel, automobile accidents, and renovation thereof have occurred. A roll screen descended in an emergency is easily fluttered in strong winds but is not folded, and a receiving chamber mounted with the roll screen can be horizontally moved along a guide rail which is provided on a horizontal frame, thereby completely resolving factors of an accident during the renovation and traffic problems. |
