<p>The disclosed Telecom Information Management System (TIMS) integrates Mobile Expense Management (MEM), Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solutions in a single software platform, which can be delivered to enterprises as software-as-a-service (SaaS). In some implementations, TIMS can be used to facilitate communication between two or more devices. TIMS can receive a request from a first client device to communicate with a second client device in a group of client devices associated with an enterprise; determine that the first and second client devices comply with a set of rules for the group that are specified by an administrator of the enterprise; and establish voice, chat, data and/or video communication between the first client device and the second client device.</p> |
