The objective of the present invention is to provide a thin-film laminate for electrical insulation having excellent scratch resistance. The present invention is a laminate in which a fiber sheet (layer A) comprising an aromatic polymer is bonded to at least one surface of a biaxially oriented polyphenylene sulfide film layer (layer B) without adhesive therebetween, wherein the laminate of the PPS film and the fiber sheet is characterized in that the average tear strength in two intersecting directions is within the range of 1-6 N/mm.
