PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can change power supplied from solar cells by a change of circuit connection between the solar cells.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: first and second solar cells each having a plurality of semiconductor regions which are embedded and stacked at a part of an upper part of a semiconductor substrate in a manner such that the semiconductor regions surround a bottom face and a lateral face of the inside semiconductor region having a different conductivity type from that of the surrounding semiconductor regions; and a control element for controlling electrical connection state between the first solar cell and the second solar cell so as to electrically connect pn junctions respectively formed in the first solar cell and the second solar cell. |
