The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dental implant prosthesis and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a semi-customized dental implant prosthesis simplifying a manufacturing process by using library of an existing abutment and designing. The method for manufacturing the dental implant prosthesis comprises: a model preparing step of preparing a plaster model by obtaining information from oral condition of a patient and a wax-up model of a final prosthesis shape; a wax-up model scanning step of three dimensionally scanning the wax-up model and obtaining three dimensional shape data of a final prosthesis; an abutment and prosthesis designing step of setting semi-customized abutment shape design data and prosthesis design data by using three dimensional shape data of the final prosthesis; and a semi-customized abutment processing step of operating CAM processing from the set semi-customized abutment shape data and processing the semi-customized abutment. |
