<p>PURPOSE: A base station capable of preventing a memory of a femto base station and a CPU from loading, cell reselection-controlling method thereof, and cell reselection-controlling method of a terminal can prevent a problem in which a terminal frequently performs cell reselection procedure in an environment in which a femto cell and a macro cell co-exit. CONSTITUTION: An RF (radio frequency) module (1230) transmits and receives a radio signal. A processor (1210) is connected to the RF module. The processor collects cell reselection information for a predetermined period for each terminal. The processor adjusts a cell reselection condition in an SIB (system information block) when the cell recollection information deviates from a threshold level. The processor transmits an SIB including the adjusted cell reselection condition to a terminal.
