<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor incorporated photoelectric consolidation package in which a power supply voltage is stabilized and high-rate signal transfer is enabled. <P>SOLUTION: In a capacitor incorporated photoelectric consolidation package 1, a ceramic capacitor 101 is accommodated in an accommodation hole 90 on a core substrate 13. At a side of a core principal surface 14 of the core substrate 13, a first build-up layer 31 is formed which is configured by alternately stacking resin layer insulating layers 33, 35 and 37 and a conductor layer 42. On the first build-up layer 31, a CPU 21 and a driver IC 23 are connected via a wiring pattern 58. The CPU 21 is connected to the ceramic capacitor 101 via a first wiring path 78 for power supply stabilization.
