<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rock a seat part to change its position, so that the seat part can be moved efficiently and easily. <P>SOLUTION: This mechanism for rocking the seat part of a bathing system includes: a rocking member 52 formed in long size, having the seat part mounted on its lower end portion 52b, and being capable of rocking within a vertical plane about a rocking fulcrum 52c provided near its upper end portion 52a; and a biasing means 55 for assisting the rocking member 52 in rocking.
