PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure frame base, a solar cell system and a solar cell installation method, capable of being installed at a site where no holes are drilled while reducing the work period.SOLUTION: A solar cell system includes: a solar cell panel; a crossrail and a muntin for placing the solar cell panel; a first arm and a second arm supporting the muntin via engagement member; and a foundation part having a fitting part for attaching the first arm at an angle larger than 0° with respect to the vertical direction and a second arm which is inclined to the side opposite to the first arm at an angle larger than 0° with respect to the vertical direction.
