PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a foreign substance such as water from entering in a cylinder for air.SOLUTION: A push-down head 15 comprises: a head main body 41 that has a top wall part 43 arranged above a stem and a fitted cylindrical part 44 that extends downward from the top wall part 43 and is fitted to the stem; and an outer-covering cylindrical part 42 that is provided below the top wall part 43 and surrounds the fitted cylindrical part 44 and a cylindrical guiding part from outside in a radial direction. The inside of the outer-covering cylindrical part 42 can be communicated with the inside of a cylinder for air through the cylindrical guiding part, and the head main body 41 and the outer-covering cylindrical part 42 are formed independently and assembled to each other. At an upper end part of the outer-covering cylindrical part 42 is formed a suction hole 51a that penetrates through the outer-covering cylindrical part 42 in a radial direction and opens upward.
