PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communications device that can securely prevent wrong transmission due to input operation mistake, misremembering, etc., and also securely prevent wrong transmission due to reference misunderstanding of a destination or transmission rule violation, without requesting a user to input a destination number twice or more.SOLUTION: A communication device includes: an operation part which has a data transmitting function of transmitting transmission data to an external communication device and receives a transmission destination and a transmission instruction for the transmission data; a registered destination acquisition part which acquires at least one registered destination previously held by external information equipment; and a control part which controls the operation part and registered destination acquisition part. The control part allows the registered destination acquisition part to acquire the registered destination held by the information equipment after the operation part receives the transmission destination, and controls the operation part to receive the transmission instruction when there is the registered destination matching the transmission destination, and controls the operation part not to receive the transmission instruction when there is not the registered destination matching the transmission destination. |
