<p>The present invention relates to a high-efficiency low-temperature fruit dehydrating apparatus. More specifically, provided is a high-efficiency low-temperature fruit dehydrating apparatus which has high dehydrating efficiency with low energy by using infrared light wavelengths by installing an infrared LED with far-infrared heating sheet inside the dehydrating apparatus, and operates a plurality of heating sources to automatically realize optimal dehydrating quality in accordance with previously stored operating information of the heating sources per fruit when a kind and weight of fruit is inputted. When the present invention is applied, provided is an advantage of effectively performing dehydrating fruit with high quality and with low energy as an infrared LED which is a low-temperature heating source is additionally installed, and the dehydrating is conducted by reflecting an operation schedule while the temperature and the humidity are automatically sensed while different optimal operating schedules with regard to high-temperature and low-temperature heating sources per kind and weight of fruit are preset.</p> |
