The present invention relates to a high-accuracy direct drive motor. The high-accuracy direct drive motor comprises: a base plate; a housing which is provided on the base plate and includes a circular opening that is formed on a center of a top surface thereof; a hollow fixing shaft which is vertically provided in a center of the base plate; a rotor which is provided in the housing and is disposed on the outer circumference of the hollow fixing shaft to rotate; a roller ring which is coupled between the hollow fixing shaft and the rotor; a rotary plate which is disposed inside the circular opening that is formed on the top surface of the housing and is coupled to an upper portion of the rotor to rotate along an upper portion of the hollow fixing shaft when the rotor rotates; and a stator which is fixedly disposed on the outer circumference of the rotor inside the housing. According to the present invention, a cross roller ring is disposed inside the rotor, and the hollow fixing shaft is disposed inside the roller ring, so that a product is miniaturized, and a rotation of unnecessary parts is minimized, so that the high torque and highly repeated accuracy with respect to a product size are provided. Also, the rigidity with respect to a shaft direction can be maximized to provide high stability by employing not a conventional central shaft rotation method but an outer rim rotation method of the cross roller ring for fixing the central shaft. Also, unnecessary components are removed to simplify the inner configuration, thereby minimizing accumulated assembly errors to provide supreme apparatus accuracy of 10 um or less. |
