PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial vehicle and a hydrogen charging station capable of performing reliable grounding by a double check function by the conduction confirmation of an earth cable and the pull-out amount detection of the earth cable.SOLUTION: In an industrial vehicle equipped with a fuel battery using hydrogen as fuel mounted on a vehicle body 11, a hydrogen charging port 20 for charging hydrogen, and an earth cable 22 connectable to a ground point 44 provided on the exterior of the vehicle body, the earth cable 22 can be pulled out of the vehicle body 11, and the vehicle body 11 includes pull-out amount detection means for detecting a pull-out amount of the earth cable 22 from the vehicle body 11, conduction confirmation means for confirming the conduction of the earth cable 22 connected to the ground point 44, hydrogen charging prohibition means for prohibiting hydrogen charging to the vehicle body 11 through a hydrogen charging nozzle 45, and a controller 23 for controlling the hydrogen charging prohibition means based on the pull-out amount detection means and the conduction confirmation means. |
