PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar cell module excellent in reliability in which increase in the contact resistance between an electrode and a semiconductor substrate is minimized even if it is left, as it is, under high temperature and high moisture for a long time, or under the influence of moisture such as rain water.SOLUTION: A light-receiving surface electrode 9 has a first electrode layer 11 mainly composed of a conductive material containing at least Al, and a second electrode layer 12 mainly composed of a non-Al-based conductive material not containing Al. The first electrode layer 11 is bonded to an n-type semiconductor substrate 5 (p-type semiconductor layer 6). The width W1 of the first electrode layer 11 is set equal to or narrower than the width W2 of the second electrode layer 12, so that the surface of the first electrode layer 11 is covered with the second electrode layer 12. The thickness T1 of the first electrode layer 11 is preferably 0.1-30 μm, and the thickness T1 of the second electrode layer 12 is preferably 10-50 μm. |
