The present invention relates to a cushion embedded with a self-inflated air tube and a manufacturing method thereof and, more particularly, to a cushion embedded with a self-inflated air tube and a manufacturing method thereof which can be used as a cushion material for bedding including a bed and a pillow, and various seats. The manufacturing method for the cushion places air tubes at regular intervals inside a cavity in a cushion forming mold, and uses a foaming molding method for injecting a cushion material inside the cavity in the mold in order to surround the air tube with the cushion material and to attach the cushion material to the outer surface of the air tube. Therefore, the cushion prepared by the present invention can automatically fill air in the inside of the air tube through integration between the air tube and the cushion material, can provide cushion force with high elasticity, and can evenly distribute loads. |
