PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nano particles enclosing a therapeutic agent (particularly anti-tumor agent) based on functional amphiphilic molecules, being capable of effective delivery of the therapeutic agent.SOLUTION: The nano particles contain the therapeutic agent, being obtained by mixing the functional amphiphilic molecules represented by the following formula with the therapeutic agent and applying a continuous cycle of heating and freezing.
