PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a request for packet retransmission to a server arranged in an external network instead of a client apparatus within an identical network.SOLUTION: A relay program causes a computer to execute the following processing: receiving data which is transmitted by a first communication method from a first information processing device connected via a network; transmitting the received data to a second information processing device by a second communication method; detecting an error in communication with the first information processing device or communication with the second information processing device; and when detecting the error, requesting retransmission of the data which is related to the error to the first information processing device.
