<p>The present invention relates to a network redundancy device and a method thereof. The network redundancy device of the present invention includes an optical network for an Ethernet network and an Ethernet network and performs network redundancy. The network redundancy device secures logic by using a field programmable gate array (FPGA) type semiconductor device, to automatically connect the Ethernet network without failure when there is failure in the Ethernet network. According to the present invention, when network failure is generated, a network of non-failure is automatically accessed. The logic of redundancy function is secured by using a FPGA type semiconductor device, thereby performing quick calculation and control.</p> |
