PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate film which has high barrier performance and can be easily produced and a method for producing a laminate film capable of easily producing a laminate film having high barrier performance.SOLUTION: There are provided; a laminate film which comprises a substrate film composed of an alicyclic olefin resin, a protective film provided on one surface side of the substrate film and an inorganic layer provided on the other surface side of the substrate film, where the protective film comprises a resin layer which is composed of a thermoplastic resin, has a heat distortion temperature of 140°C or more and has a thickness of 75 μm or more and 200 μm or less and the surface side of the protective film in contact with the substrate film is subjected to activation treatment; and a method for producing the same. |
