PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet capable of achieving a comfortable environment for a helmet wearer's head by preventing an increase in temperature within the helmet even under direct sunlight.SOLUTION: A helmet includes: a helmet shell material 11 that is formed like a hat; a low-emissivity metal film 20 that is provided on an inner wall surface 11a of the helmet shell material 11; and an inner member 12 that is provided in the helmet shell material 11 and that is arranged with a clearance between itself and the inner wall surface 11a of the helmet shell material 11. |
