<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated building that enables an improvement in workability (shortening of a constriction period) and reduction in costs while comprising base isolation performance.SOLUTION: In a base-isolated building B, a base isolation layer 4 is formed by interposing a base-isolating device 3 between upper and lower structures B1 and B2. The upper structure B1 is constructed in an outer shell frame form in which an outer peripheral column 6 serves as a main column. The base isolation layer 4 is formed by interposing the base-isolating device 3 between the outer peripheral column 6 and the lower structure B2.</p> |
