<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material-less double-sided adhesive sheet of high quality having high oligomer sealing capacity and excellent in foreign matter examination properties.SOLUTION: Provided is a base material-less double sided adhesive sheet obtained by laminating release films with a lamination structure on both the sides of an adhesive layer, in which the release force of each release film is different, both the surface layers of each release film contain polyester containing a polymer including epoxy groups at least by two functional groups in 3,000 to 30,000 ppm, either side of each release film is provided with a first coating layer obtained by coating a coating liquid containing a quaternary ammonium base-containing polymer, a polyethylene glycol-containing acrylate polymer and a crosslinking agent, the surface of the first coating layer is provided with a second coating layer with a thickness of 10 to 100 nm formed by being coated with a coating agent containing at least one kind of organosiloxane compound, and the surface of the second coating layer is provided with a release layer.</p> |
